I will use this again!This recipe looks great! For those who gave bad reviews, remember a recipe is a guideline. I like that they remain the same size when fully cooked and they remain soft and juicy even when overly well done by accident. I also did not use scallions & the meat mixture was 74/26 because it’s what we had on hand. I did refrigerate them before grilling.
