He is the mayor of the city of Scamboville, the father of Marlene, and the boss of his robots Cabby and Rodo. A high school cheerleader and her accident-prone best friend balance their duties as global crime-fighters with the typical challenges of adolescence.
Scamboli is caught by a cart and moved into the chamber where he turns into a robot, much to Marlene's shock. Scamboli is a tyrannical figure who admires machinery over anything natural.
